License Agreement
This License Agreement is between SEVENLIONS LTD, WINNINGFORMULA LLP (Arena) and you (User) and governs your use of the Arena website, app or services at www.getarena.cricket. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.
License Grant
Subject to payment (if applicable) and compliance with this Agreement, Arena grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful, internal purposes.
Accounts and License Keys
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and any license key confidential. License keys may be limited by user, organization, device, term, features, and usage limits.
Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, resell or sublicense the Service, bypass access controls, scrape at scale, interfere with systems, or use the Service unlawfully or to infringe third party rights.
Intellectual Property
Arena (and its licensors) own all rights in the Service, including software, content, and branding. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Third Party Services and Tournament References
The Service may depend on third party platforms or data sources. Availability, accuracy and coverage may vary. Names of tournaments, leagues or organisations may be trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Changes, Suspension and Availability
We may update, change, or suspend parts of the Service. We aim for reliable operation, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this Agreement or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arena is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits, revenue or goodwill). Arena's total liability is limited to the fees you paid to Arena for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim (or 100 pounds if no fees were paid).
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (subject to mandatory consumer protection laws, where applicable).
